All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged, please email me photos of the damaged goods to initiate this process.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Absolutely! Please send me an email, graciemaycollective@gmail.com

Can I combine orders?

Yes, I can combine orders if they haven't shipped yet. Please contact me by email to request this, not via order note, otherwise I won't see it in time. If I notice two orders going to the same address, I will automatically combine them if it results in cheaper shipping. Any shipping fees saved by combining orders will be refunded.

Does your shop operate sustainably?

I do my best to operate sustainably. Much of my mailing material is recycled, and I choose paper/biodegradable packaging when possible. If you have concerns about how much packaging might be in your order, please message me and I can ensure only recyclable/biodegradable or recycled materials are used with your order.

Product care

Cotton Crochet Washcloths

Washing: Machine-wash with your regular laundry—hot water is okay for everyday cleaning.

Odor Refresh: If a musty smell develops, run a cycle with ¼–½ cup vinegar in the fabric softener compartment and sprinkle ¼–½ cup baking soda directly into the tub.

Hand Wash Option: For delicate or sentimental pieces, hand-wash in cold water using mild detergent, then lay flat to dry. (CAAB Crochet)

Drying: Tumble-drying is acceptable, though shrinking may occur. Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and size. (crochetlooppool.com)

Stuffed Animals

Machine-Washable: Most acrylic amigurumi are durable and safe to wash in a machine on a gentle cycle with cool water. Place items in a mesh laundry bag to protect them.

Hand Washing for Delicate Items: For toys with fragile features (e.g., glued or safety eyes, buttons, delicate fibers)

- Soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent.
- Gently agitate and rinse thoroughly.
Press (not wring!) out water between towels.
- Drying: Always air-dry flat—avoid dryer heat which can distort shape or melt attachments. Gently reshape while damp.

Spot Clean: For minor stains, dab with a mild soap solution using a soft cloth; avoid rubbing to protect yarn integrity.

Quilted Goods

Washing & Drying: Generally machine-washable in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble-dry on low or air-dry flat to avoid shrinkage and preserve batting loft.

Shaping: Smooth and reshape while damp, especially along patch lines or quilting stitches.

Storage: Store in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight to avoid fading and mildew.

Additional Tips Across All Products
Always test a hidden area if unsure about washing method or water temperature.
Avoid harsh bleach or chemicals—they can damage fibers or fade colors.

For long-term storage, keep items in breathable fabric bags—not plastic—to prevent moisture buildup and mildew.

Jewelry Dishes:

Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe around the dish. Do not scrub; avoid the lettering if possible.
